CLASS SCHEDULE

Our class schedule runs annually June through May. We are consistently looking for ways to increase opportunities for athletes by offering classes ranging from flexibility, strength & conditioning to tumbling of all levels, we know CG Athletics has the right fit for your athlete. We also offer open gym on Fridays to allow athletes time to practice skills and discover friendships outside of class in a fun and relaxed environment.
